Location: Ripon Delivery Office, HG4 1AA
Job type: Permanent
Hours: 30:00 hours per week, working 5 days across Mon-Sun, working between 08:30 and 14:30


The positions will involve working 4 days Monday to Saturday predominantley working at Ripon D.O. Performing preparation and delivery of mail and parcels. Delivery by walking and van delivery.


The Sunday working will involve delivering parcels in the HG (Harrogate Delivery Office) postcode area.

A bit about you



  • Upbeat, independent and self-motivated
  • Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service
  • Think of yourself as a people-person and a friendly face in the community
  • Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather
  • Has a strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
  • Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

  • Pay that’s 10% above the market average in our sector, paid monthly with an hourly rate of £12.29p/hr
