Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Ownership of month, quarter, and year-end close processes
- Coordinate and prepare deliverables for the annual financial audit and tax returns
- Process employee and contractor payrolls across multiple subsidiaries and countries
- Produce error-free financial statements and reporting
- Customer billing and collections
- Manage payables across multiple entities
- Assist with reporting to Private Equity fund and acquisition accounting
- Review and recommend improvements to procedures and accounting systems
Education, Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years experience with US GAAP accounting
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce a plus
- Positive attitude, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
The role will report to the VP, Accounting & Financial Operations but will be expected to interact and work closely with FP&A and HR along with other departments across the company as needed. The role requires regular contact with our international teams located in the United States, Europe, and Asia so comfort working with diverse professional and cultural backgrounds is required. The role is primarily Remote so an ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working from home and motivated to perform at a high level without needing an office environment or structure.
