We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and self-sufficient individual who enjoys the challenges of supporting a company of diverse people and multiple small businesses.
Duties of the Account Payable Clerk which include providing support to management, owners, general managers, human resource manager, and hotels.
The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, self-starter, has strong attention to detail, well organized to efficiently handle a wide range of administrative tasks to support multiple small businesses and people, flexible, and able to work independently with little supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities: include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the company.
1. Provides support for the owners of the company.
2. Support for the general managers on behalf of owners at various hotels ensuring the payment of outstanding bills.
3. Handles accounts payable - this includes, receiving invoices, entering data onto spreadsheet, and making timely payments.
4. Confirms cash and credit cards deposits are made into bank.
5. Verify submittal of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
6. Compile all month end reports to accounting firms.
7. Completes other task to run small businesses efficiently.
8. Organizes online file system on dropbox and OneDrive.
9. Follows company processes.
10. Make sure that managers approve invoices timely.
11. Adhere to due dates of important monthly bills such as Insurance payments, Rent payments.
12. Reconcile all General Manager debit accounts with receipts and document what is missing and ensure managers provide documentation for any replenishments.

· To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, internet software, and Adobe.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
