Pay Rate : $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Review Payable and Receivable:
- Process and record invoices, purchase orders, and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Process customer invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and assist with collections as needed.
- Financial Analysis and Support:
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate data and analysis.
- Assist in month end closing reports.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with ERP System management:
- Utilize the ERP system to perform accounting functions, including data entry, journal entries, and financial transaction processing.
- Collaborate with IT or ERP system administrators to troubleshoot system issues and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Generate and review financial reports and statements from the ERP system to support decision-making and financial analysis.
- Stay up to date with system updates, new features, and best practices related to the ERP system.
- Train and support other team members in using the ERP system for accounting-related tasks.
- Maintain documentation of ERP system procedures, workflows, and user guides.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Some college education in the accounting field a must- Knowledge of an ERP (IFS) system preferred.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, V-lookup, and Pivot tables desirable, Word)
- Good knowledge of Excel a must
- Positive attitude with the willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Detailed oriented.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while performing accounting tasks.- Manual dexterity and precision to operate a computer, calculator, and other office equipment.
- Good vision and attention to detail for reviewing and analyzing financial documents and data.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of boxes or files weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with team members and management.

Shift hours from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm M-F
