IT Support Analyst – 2ndLine - Windows 10 - Active directory – Office 365 – Remote/Leeds – to £35k Excellent Progression to 3rd Line + Benefits
An IT Support Analyst is required to support a team of over 400 users across multiple sites. You will have strong 2nd line Support experience, Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10 and excellent customer service and communication skills.
The IT Support Analyst will involve supporting over 400 Users over 22 sites, dealing with internal teams and all aspects of both 1st and 2nd line support over the phone, via email and face to face, receiving user tickets and able to prioritise multiple ticket requests. Any knowledge of MS Exchange, Microsoft Azure, VOIP Telephone 8x8 and ITIL is desirable but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for progression into 3rd line. The role would be 2 days a week onsite in Leeds.
