Job Title: Accountant
Department: Accounts
Reports to: FD
Liaison with: All staff
Principal Purpose:
As a Management Accountant you will be instrumental in providing support to the CFO. You will work with the wider business to prepare and present reports (finance and non-finance in nature) to senior management teams in order to give an insight into business performance, take ownership of book keeping entries and work with the CFO to optimize financial planning within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Bridge between Accounts and other departments.
- Updating information regarding purchase orders for sales department.
- Purchase Ledger (Exchequer + Exchequer Ireland)
- Customer Ledger (Exchequer + Exchequer Ireland)
- Nominal Ledger (Exchequer + Exchequer Ireland)
- Bank (Reconciling and managing currencies reconciliation)
- Vat Returns (UK & EU)
- Bank Online Portal (Printing statements, authorising payments, proof of payments)
- VAT submitting, reporting and closing period.
- Year end accounts, year end audit
- Credit Control
- Dealing with customer queries (pricing, credits, payments missing documents)
- Dealing with supplier queries (Credits, Payments, missing documents)
- Using Power BI and Excel to create reports and when for whole organisation
- Intrastrat submission (EU)
- Bi-weekly, monthly system posting
- Generate and report on weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
- Manging master file for companies’ products portfolio
