Administrative Accounting Associate: Global Impact
The Administrative Accounting Associate provides administrative support for the Finance and Business Services team.
Major Responsibilities
Organizes and maintains online filing systems for the Finance & Business Services team
Tracks vendor and funder contracts
Compiles and assembles organizational documents for grant proposal and new client proposals
Assists with development of presentations as needed
Assists with compiling, organizing, and submission of the annual audit and 990 documents
Prepares and distributes tax receipt letters to donors
Supports FBS team leadership as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
A 2- or 4-year degree in Accounting, Business Administration or other related education preferred, or commensurate experience required.
Excellent communication and strong customer service focus.
Agility and high emotional intelligence.
Ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in the use of Excel, Office 365 and SharePoint, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and banking platforms.
Working at Global Impact
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for more than one year. Visa sponsorship is not available. This is a full-time position with the potential to be fully remote – you must be able to work most hours in the eastern or central time zone.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccine is required.
Position has the availability for some flexible hours.

The salary range is $45k-$50k, depending on the experience you have.
