Position Overview:

This position reports to the Global Payroll leader and will primarily focus on supporting the payroll and general accounting daily and month end general accounting activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain reconciliations for various current asset and liability accounts and book associated journal entries.
• Coordinate all payroll related activities with international payroll vendors to include, accurate and timely distribution of earnings and leave systems (such as, but not limited to Holland and Australia).
• Post all payroll related journal entries
• Oversee expense software solution, rules and roles as well as process expense reports
• Manage the bank reconciliation process including applying/clearing incoming and outgoing payments and completing the bank reconciliation schedule at month-end.
• Help manage intercompany and clear intercompany transactions.
• Support internal and external audit functions along with certain compliance initiatives.
• Help drive automation and transparency related to banking and current asset/liability accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments, as necessary, to ensure time and attendance, distribution of earnings, benefits (medical insurance, 401K, etc.) are appropriately processed.
• Various back up to other team members/ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks, as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 2+ years recent relevant work experience; payroll processing/accounting a plus
• Microsoft Office ® working knowledge.
• Microsoft Excel ® intermediate to advanced skills
• Must possess unquestionable integrity and character, demonstrating honesty, ethical behavior, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Strong communication skills in the English language (verbal, written, written, presentation, inter-personal)

• Flexibility and availability to work as required by business needs (including, but not limited to, after regular business hours, during holidays, across multiple time zones).
• Valid travel documents and driver license.

Additional Considerations:

• Experience in manufacturing industry
• Working knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning)
• Some knowledge of SAP
• Be comfortable with large amounts of data.

Pay Transparency:

The current pay range for this position is between $28.00 – $33.00 per hour. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training, and experience. If hired, employment will be at will. The Company reserves the right to modify pay, as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program, at any time.
