Oxford Population Health (Nuffield Department of Population Health) contains world-renowned population health research groups including the Cancer Epidemiology Unit and provides an excellent environment for multi-disciplinary research and teaching.
We are seeking a research project manager to support the delivery of an exciting new programme of work addressing important outstanding questions about the associations of ethnicity and breast cancer. The focus of the role of project manager is to support delivering the operational activities linked to the research objectives, as well as supporting the development of future research programmes.
To be considered for the role you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have significant experience of working of administration or project management in an academic research environment or other large complex organisation. You will also have excellent organisational and communication skills with a flexible approach to problem-solving and ability to show initiative. Experience of the field of medical research or an allied area would be desirable.
The position is part-time (60% FTE) fixed term until 30 April 2026.
