Our first-class Launch Pad School Leaver programme enables you to train to become a Chartered Accountant without having to go to university. Joining an ambitious and forward-thinking business, you will gain valuable work experience whilst studying for an internationally recognised accountancy qualification.
But it doesn’t stop there. This programme will provide you with a launch pad to accelerate your early career progression within our business.

Join our team!
As a part of our Launch Pad programme, you will experience rotations around a range of departments so will gain valuable work experience. You’ll get to work with SMEs, family-owned businesses, large corporates, and not-for-profit organisations across a wide range of sectors – as your experience grows so will the level of responsibility that you have.
Recognised as an ICAEW Partner in Learning, you will study for the ACA qualification as part of a Level 7 Apprenticeship, enabling you to become a chartered accountant within five years. You will be supported to complete a wide range of professional and personal development throughout your apprenticeship, both remotely and face to face, to ensure that you have skills and knowledge that you need to aid your future career development.
But it's not all about work. Our trainees are all encouraged to make a wider contribution through business development activities and initiatives such as CSR, diversity and sports and social activities. This allows you to develop into both technical experts and the potential future leaders of our business.
We know this gives our business a refreshingly different, people-focussed culture. It is no coincidence then, that we've been ranked 14th in the national league table of ‘Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2022’ by the department for Education.

We’re looking for ambitious, hardworking and a self-motivated people with excellent communication skills. Our minimum requirements are:
- 3 A Levels (Or Equivalent) with minimum grades of BBC
- 9 GCSE’s 9-5 (A*-C) with at least Maths Grade 6 (B)
