Job description
One year of permanent service as a Data Analyst 1 OR bachelor’s
degree in data or computer science, informatics, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, and three years of experience* in data visualization, and statistical
models and data mining tools.

Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders.
Under the direction of a Data Analyst 3, the duties of the Data Analyst 2 include but are not limited to the following:
- Produce business intelligence solutions by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports
- Manage the development, maintenance and support of dashboards based on user stories or program requests
- Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in data sources; assesses data structures and how they can be used to produce desired reports; identifying data definitions, along with the cleansing and maintenance of data
- Research new data sources and analytical tools, and recommends solutions; conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that business intelligence solutions are consistent with defined needs; ensure standards are adhered to for consistent data collection, storage, and access
- Test, validate and reformulate models to ensure accurate prediction of outcomes of interest
- Draft new functions or applications in programming languages to conduct analyses
- Create written reports and effectively communicates/presents results
- Supervise Data Analyst 1s
