PART-TIME ACCOUNT ASSISTANT – CREWE – £13000 - £14000 DOE

We are working with a prestige company who are on the top employers in the Crewe area. Due to maternity leave we are recruiting for experienced Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join their supportive and friendly team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

PART-TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT JOB PURPOSE

The successful candidate will undertake a variety of generalist accounting and banking responsibilities. Completing financial administration tasks for multiple Ltd companies.

PART-TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Bank reconciliations

· Purchase ledger

· Matching invoices to goods received

· Goods in transit

· Other ad hoc accounts tasks

PART-TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· Outlook Emails

· Experience of Sage 50

· Excellent numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detail

· Strong organisational skills, ability to work to a deadline

· Part or fully AAT qualified

· Experience of double entry book keeping

· The successful applicant will have strong accounting capabilities, with good, recent experience.

PART-TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT BENEFITS AND PACKAGE:

· Salary £13000 - £14000 dependent on experience
