Job Title: Administrator

Location: remote working with fortnightly meeting in the North West Location ( Warrington, Haydock or Wrightington)

About the Trust

The Northern Care Alliance is an NHS Foundation Trust (NCA FT) created by bringing together two NHS Trusts, Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust and The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. The NCA FT was formally established on 1 October 2021. The NCA has been working together as a group since 2016.

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Administration of the cohorts of students accessing the Emerging Frontline Clinical and Care Leaders

· Contacts management – identifying the key executive leads nationally across health and care organisations and maintaining a central repository

· Action chasing from NHS CLN Board meeting

· Events coordination

· Minute taking for NHS CLN board (very high-level minutes)

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written

· Microsoft office skills- Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

· Previous admin experience

· Competent in social media

· Experience of minute taking
