Neckar Forklifts are looking for an Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join our Accounts Team located in Windsor, Berkshire.
The role will include:
- Raising manual invoices/credits
- Reconcillation of suppliers statement
- Sending customers statement
- Credit control
- Outgoing calls to customers to ensure payment of invoices
- Resolving customer queries in a timely manner, via email or telephone
- Producing reports weekly / monthly reports
- Organising forklift training
- Arranging transport for delivery of forklifts

This role will report directly to Finance Manager
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:
- Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Sage 50Accounts Package.
- Use Outlook, attach documents, and maintain a ‘tidy’ customers and suppliers account.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Friendly and confident telephone manner.
- A self-motivated individual who is able to prioritise work-load.
- Able to take on a task, willing to ask if you don’t understand the instructions, and able to apply logic to decide on the next steps.
- Hands on approach to problem solving.
- Able to work to deadlines, with the ability to organize and prioritise

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
