Accounts Assistant
We are seeking an individual experienced in Finance to join an established Estate Agency in Bradley Stoke on a full time basis with Hybrid work available.
You will be joining a welcoming and friendly team to provide support to the lettings department and wider business.
As an Accounts Assistant your duties will include:
- Managing client rent accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of rent payments.
- Processing invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
- Performing month-end reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Assisting with the preparation of annual financial reports, providing key insights and analysis.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist the Property Manager in chasing late rent payments
You will have the following skills / experience:
- Have accounts / finance experience
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a great team
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
- Hybrid working available upon induction and training
