The A Side: A Day in The Life
To support the Senior Commercial Finance Manager with all aspects of commercial planning. The role will also partner with the digital content and production teams with developing financial processes that will support their operation, analyse and evaluate production costs effectiveness, drives capital allocation, amortisation and expenses.
The B Side: Skills & Experience

To support on all aspects of financial and commercial planning

Support the preparation and presentation of monthly management reports, providing insights of opportunities and risks against the business plan

Assist with the development of monthly rolling forecasts and updates to the long-range plan
-
Ensure adherence to investment and cost budgets and drive project cost reporting, covering both the P&L and Cashflow
-
Assist with developing content segmentation across our inventory to enable meaningful reporting of content trends and margins
-
Drive continuous process improvements to promote best in class reporting, meaningful analysis and actionable business insights.

Supporting the Marketing and Digital team with tracking spend against budget and ad-hoc analysis
Person Specification

A passion for music and filmed entertainment
-
Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA
-
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
-
Efficient and accurate delivery of reporting for a variety of stakeholders
-
Team player, good at building professional relationships and adapting a personal approach to deal with different personalities

Strong organisational skills with proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong computer literacy (Microsoft office), particularly with Excel and ability to learn new packages quickly

Essential experience in using SAP, BPC, HFM or similar financial planning and reporting software
