Job description
We are looking for an account assistant to carry out the preparation of sales ledger invoices, exporting and importing data between various data platforms into Sage 50 accounts system, maintaining customer records, dealing with customer queries and debt collection. Also assisting within other areas of the accounts department.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparing and Processing Sales Ledger Invoices
- Data export and import
- Chasing Debts
- Using Sage Accounts Software
- Posting bank transactions and reconciliation
- Learning and helping within other areas of the accounts department when required
Hours: 40.00 per week

Requirements and Prospects:
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Good numeracy skill
- Good IT skills including a good understanding of Excel.
