Joining our thriving business as our new Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our Client Relationship team. As the key stakeholder in the strategic leadership of a portfolio of high-value insurer/ insurance broker clients, you will lead the relationship management of the clients and be tasked with developing strong relationships at operational and strategic levels.
Reporting to the Head of Insurer Relations, you will lead the way in challenging the business to continually deliver the highest standards for our clients and develop new strategic solutions, whilst proactively developing accounts to meet financial targets, cross selling FMG products and services and winning new fleets / policies.

About you
Our ideal candidate will have experience managing relationships within the automotive industry, specifically accident management, insurance, or repair and recovery.
- First and foremost, you are an experienced Account Manager that can demonstrate a combination of a strong commercial background with a successful career within the automotive industry, specifically insurance.
- You have strong knowledge of the insurer and broker industry.
- You have experience in developing and retaining strong client relationships to support transactional growth and increased product penetration.
- You have experience of working closely with internal and external teams and able to work cross-functionally within the organisation.
