Be part of team who delivers a broad programme of events and gain valuable experience and knowledge of the event sector. Learn about event management, crowd management, health and safety and security on our in-house training programme. Work alongside experienced and knowledge management team to be part of the team that delivers safe and dynamic events. There is opportunity for progression onto other roles within the Medway Festival and Events and the experience gained on our events can help you find roles and other jobs across the events sector.

The Events Team sits inside the Culture Service alongside the Arts, Libraries, Theatres and Corn Exchange Teams, as well as working closely with colleagues from other council departments including Regeneration, Youth, Public Health, Heritage and Tourism.
