Job description
This role is critical in supporting the firm to leverage data and digital channels to enhance the Client’s campaign success, professionalism, insights and focus. It is about providing digital marketing expertise across a wide range of digital marketing channels, including web, social media, email, advertising, SEO and analytics. You'll be reporting directly to the Marketing Director and will work closely with the firm’s Content Manager and BD Executive.
Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
- With the Marketing Director’s support, leading on paid and organic social media planning and implementation, including equipping individuals within the business to regularly post content
- Leading the delivery of internal communications regarding social media and campaigns to share knowledge and achieve buy in
- Creating social media executions for the platforms, including writing headlines and copy, designing tiles and posting them on appropriate platforms
- Taking ownership of website maintenance and updates including new pages, copy changes and functionality enhancements via the Content Management System (Kentico)
- Taking ownership of the firm’s digital assets such as branded slide deck templates, photography, social tiles, icons, etc.
- Leading in delivering the firm’s email marketing programmes, including promoting internally, creating data lists, populating email templates, testing executions, arranging the send, and monitoring key metrics
- Maintaining the e-marketing platform and collecting data to optimise and track the success of campaigns via the website, social media channels and SEO using Google Analytics, SEMRush and Power BI
- 2 years’ experience within a similar role
- Previous marketing experience gained in a fast-paced professional services, financial services or corporate environment
- Senior stakeholder relationship management skills
- Excellent written and communication skills with great attention to detail and eye for effective design
- Experience with Mailchimp or other e-marketing tools, and SEMRush or similar for SEO
