Account Manager - Cloud Infrastructure Sales
Incredible opportunity to join a market-leading innovator of cloud solutions across public and private sectors. Our client is a market-leading Managed Services Provider specialising in cloud and digital transformation solutions.
This role is managing existing accounts only protecting MRR and upselling/cross-selling other technologies into the loyal and well-established client base. Working in line with team and personal targets with a strong leadership team and a fantastic, well-recognised brand.
No new logo, however, we expect that this individual will treat existing accounts as new business and drive technology roadmaps with end users and become trusted advisors around all elements of digital transformation, managed services, public and private cloud, and cyber security.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities, driving revenue growth within the cloud infrastructure market.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at the enterprise level, serving as their trusted advisor on cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and propose tailored solutions that address clients' business challenges and align with their strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and deliver comprehensive proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve to keep the competition out.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management to senior leadership, highlighting opportunities and risks.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in enterprise-level sales in cloud infrastructure, Managed Services, and ideally Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- A clear understanding of cloud computing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.
