Currently, you'll be working within the digital space and preferably be interested in how data is used to drive real-time relationships with users/audiences. You'll be curious about how incremental growth is changing the face of the digital market and are open to challenging the current status around attribution models.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage own portfolio of clients, providing support to the Audience Media team in growing and retaining our client business across Publicis clients through the provision of first-class service and implementation of innovative digital marketing strategies
- Provide strategic direction, support and insights to fuel account growth against client objectives
- Understand and apply the full capabilities of Epsilon Audience Media solution
- Effectively manage internal resources against client objectives
- Develop, maintain, and extend relationships with agency and clients - managing both APEX and agency expectations, resolving campaign issues (creative, pixels), creative updates, insights, ongoing campaign management
- Oversee new campaign launches – including coordinating with Media Delivery, COM, and OPS teams, ensuring campaign is set up correctly and launched on time
- Managing campaign launch actions with agency/clients; pixels, tracking, etc.
- Resolve campaign launch issues; pixel/tag issues, reporting complications, approval tickets for tracking etc.
- Complete weekly reporting for currently live clients
- Pull and collate accurate campaign insights for agency teams – coordinate with analytics and delivery team
- Have regular client meetings to discuss client/campaign strategies and performance and develop relationships with agencies and clients
- Admin; updating salesforce, creating documents (case studies, reporting etc.), finance queries
- Manage creative process when needed with US team and agency team, ensuring creative execution is delivered on time and meets clients’ expectations
- 2+ years account management/agency experience
- An interest in Adtech, Martech, SAAS
- Experience of Digital Media, Retargeting, Direct marketing / CRM preferred
