We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee and manage relationships with new and existing clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
The ideal candidate will be switched on, driven and able to build strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions.

What will you be doing as an Account Manager?
- Managing client communications as a leading point of contact.
- Build great professional relationships with our client across multiple departments as well as our operational, supervisory and management teams.
- Bring a proactive and positive approach to all aspects of your work.
- Attend any necessary meetings with clients, frontline operational teams and the TMA`s head office team.
- Delivering on site inductions ensuring the highest possible level of team member safety and quality of service.
- Work closely with TMA`s Head Office Team to ensure all client requirements are updated onto staff management systems and event paperwork and plans.
- Performing quality site checks ensuring that all necessary procedures are being followed by the security teams.
- Coaching and managing new, existing, and casual team members during operational deployments.
- Support with operational deployments of events of staff at live events, with the support of TMA supervisory, management and logistical teams.
- Take an active role in recruitment including assisting at recruitment events and job fairs as well as conducting interviews.

Must haves:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Microsoft Office
Knowledge:
Possessing a strong understanding of the company's products and services, the competition in the industry and positioning.
A little bit about you:
- Experience working in a customer relationship management role.
- Experience of working within the security industry
- Experience in servicing multiple clients
- Will have experience presenting high quality proposals and responding to tenders.
- A wealth of experience working with clients and forming strong relationships

Generous salary, negotiable depending on experience plus bonus scheme.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hybrid role based in Liverpool Street.
