Overview of the Role:
At Tiny Rebel we are passionate about beer and are looking for someone who is just as passionate about our beer and sharing that with the world! We are looking for someone who can drive and represent our brand across Scotland while consistently developing new leads, opportunities, and account groups. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and target driven with a passion for craft beer, spirits and iconic brands.
- Manage, develop and grow existing and new customer relationships.
- Manage products within key group listings.
- Establish relationships with RTM contacts and account decision makers.
- Working with customers and RTMs to order and receive stock.
- Work with the Sales Ops team about products and logistics.
- Accurate and timely reporting weekly and monthly to line management.
- Promotion of Tiny Rebel with all customer interactions ensuring the best brand representation.
- Problem solving and decision making to ensure the best customer experience.
- Ensure the best standard of quality in market.
The Person:
- A minimum 2 years On-Trade experience in hospitality or sales
- A passion for craft beer, spirits, iconic brands and a clear understanding of what makes brands successful long term
- The ability to build excellent customer relationships across your area and the ability to drive visibility & growth
- An entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic that puts you head and shoulders above the competition
- Flexibility to fit into the working pattern of our On Trade customers (including evening work, events and weekends)
- Outstanding People Skills. Confident and outgoing with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly & professionally
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail at every step of the call
- Commercial awareness to work with numbers, and effectively negotiate new business
- IT literate with Excel, Powerpoint and Word experience being beneficial
