Cronin Insurance have opened a vibrant, regional office in the historic City of Worcester and are looking for a talented team player to join us. The role would suit an experienced Commercial Account Handler / Manager that is ACII qualified or is progressing their Professional CII Qualification and would relish the opportunity to work within an experienced and award winning Commercial Insurance Broker.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Account Handler / Manager to join our Commercial team which is located in our Worcester City Centre office.
This is the perfect role for someone with a strong background in commercial insurance having worked in a Handler or Broker type role looking to move into a more Commercial focused role within an established, independent and qualified insurance broker.

This is an office based role, with flexibility to work from home when necessary.

We will rely on you to:
- Work with Account Executives to retain and generate new business, with bonuses for new business brought into the business
- Day to day service delivery and account management delivery to existing clients, adhering to the high servicing standards whilst identifying and meeting the requirements of our client needs
- Manage all existing client queries, renewals, amendments, mid-term adjustments and claims
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and insurers
- Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
What you need to have:
- Commercial Lines Insurance knowledge
- Motivational and a keen contributor within a team environment
- Articulated with a positive customer service.
- Ready to go the extra mile for our clients.
What makes you stand out:
- DIP CII qualification, ACII or a development plan working towards.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
