Job Description:
As an Account Manager at Syrena, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and the company. You will be responsible for understanding and addressing client needs, managing projects, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main liaison between the client and the company, developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Understand client objectives, concerns, and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
Product and Target Group Definition: Collaborate with clients to discuss the product or service to be marketed and define the target audience. Gain a deep understanding of the client's industry and market.
Interpret and Communicate Client Briefs: Interpret client briefs and effectively communicate their requirements and objectives to the internal team, including creative and marketing departments.
Project Monitoring: Keep a close eye on the progress of ongoing projects and campaigns. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales figures, page views, and engagement metrics to ensure timely completion and alignment with client goals.
Client Communication: Provide regular updates and feedback to clients regarding campaign performance, project milestones, and any relevant insights. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Long-Term Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and goals. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to enhance client success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
