Location: Altrincham, Greater Manchester
Salary: From £30,000 to £40,000

Role: Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in growing and retaining our existing client base. Your primary focus will be on building exceptional relationships and delivering outstanding results. Our client portfolio encompasses a wide range of businesses, from multimillion-pound enterprises to small SMEs, spanning across various sectors including Retail, Ecommerce, and Beauty. Your responsibility will be to ensure these clients make the most of our ground-breaking suite of retail finance and FinTech products. This is a really exciting new opportunity in our business that will allow you to build and shape what our Account Management function will look like.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of Payl8r through managed partnerships
- Deliver professional, accurate, and efficient responses to clients' needs
- Ensure retention and growth of our existing portfolio of clients
- Become the subject matter expert for each partner, their sector, and market
- Monitor client profitability
- Update and maintain company CRM
Requirements:
- Proven background in sales and/or account/relationship management
- Ability to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and convert them into business opportunities
- Be able to build the Account Management framework
About You:
- Proven ability to understand the key commercial drivers of consumer finance
- Northern-based (Altrincham)
- Retail finance background (desirable)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in relationship and account management
