Sharp have a new opportunity for an Account Manager based at our Warrington office
You will manage and develop a portfolio of existing SME commercial accounts across the North West, as well as winning new accounts.
You will strive to achieve your sales targets by utilising Sharp’s comprehensive portfolio of technology products and solutions.
Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team of technology professionals you will take a consultative and customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering positive interactions and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Retain and grow customer accounts through high-quality account management
Attain and develop new logo customers through pro-active new business prospecting.
Cross-sell from a comprehensive portfolio of Sharp products and solutions to existing and new customers using high-gain questioning and a customer-centric approach
Strategically plan for success by conducting research into customers, competitors and verticals and then creating targeted measurable action plans
Use LinkedIn and/or other social platforms to connect and engage within existing and new customers, and to promote positive content
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Experienced Account Manager, able to develop existing accounts and win new accounts
Sales experience in the technology sector
Highly motivated, hardworking, target driven, winning mindset, desire to be the best.
Articulate, professional, highly skilled in customer facing role
Resilient, able to handle objections in a creative and pro-active way
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Able to forecast accurately through CRM data analysis and sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication with influencing skills
Willingness in all activities, adaptable to business and market needs
