We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our in-house account team at our clients’ offices based in Trafford Park, Manchester. Working closely with our internal teams, you’ll be comfortable working with big brands and be the first point of call for your clients, responsible for their day-to-day management.
You’ll be ambitious, proactive and commercially driven, focusing on the key details as much as the big picture. You will always be looking for new opportunities with existing and new clients. You’ll back all that up with a solid understanding of branding and marketing and a passion for inspiring great campaign creative and how it can help your clients unlock their challenges. You’ll also be able to write a killer brief to inspire our talented studio team.
WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED?
- Solid agency experience is essential.
- 2+ years as an Account Manager.
- Excellent account management skills with developed financial and commercial acumen, creative judgment and strategic thinking.
- First-rate communications skills, with the ability to be articulate in person and in writing and strong presentation skills.
- A solid understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining outstanding agency service.
- Accountable with a passion for going the extra mile for our clients
- Attention to detail and the urge to drive projects forward.
