About the Role

Due to continued business growth, we are recruiting a Customer Experience Advisor to join our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) Team based in Sleaford.

You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all new clients and work providers, delivering a fast and efficient service to insurers and customers.

About You

Essentially you will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, have good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

A professional telephone manner is essential for this position, as is the ability to communicate effectively via email. You will be a team player, as well as be able to work individually to achieve daily tasks.
