Main Purpose and Scope
To lead on some of our most exciting projects, for ambitious clients who want to do more with digital. Working alongside project managers that handle day-to-day delivery through sprints, your role will be all about shaping client strategy, developing account plans and building relationships
Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and trusted relationships.
- Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on projects/campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Identifying issues before they can become problems, being the voice of the client in the agency and vice versa.
- Proactively identifying opportunities with the client to unlock positive progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for clients.
- Collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts and Project Managers to deliver remarkable client outcomes.
Experience Required
- Strong people skills with a collaborative ‘can do’ attitude.
- An understanding of what’s required to build lasting client relationships
- A fast learner who can pick up and retain knowledge on new businesses, products and markets.
- A background and passion for digital, with a dedication to keep up to date on new industry trends.
- Ideally degree educated, or have relevant digital qualifications.
- While it’s not necessarily a skill, flexibility with travel is essential, as you’ll be expected to regularly visit clients and our Exeter office.
- Ability to identify, generate and communicate good ideas
