Our client are a multinational company with sites across the globe, due to continued growth they are seeking an account manager to handle orders and queries from their client base.
Key Responsibilities – Account Manager
- To take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling products into managed accounts to maximise the engagement.
- To foster a loyal customer supplier relationship enabling clear and honest feedback resulting in ‘locking-out’ the competition.
- To be accountable and the point of contact for conflict resolution when expectations haven’t been reached.
- Plan a customer journey profile and communication with named accounts annually.
- To be the main named contact point for our named key and senior accounts.
- To understand and appreciate when the senior leadership team need to be involved with any sales or conflict resolution.
- Manage all the outbound communication to key accounts from finance and operations.
- Work with the quality manager to record customer quality concerns.
- To work with marketing to plan all key and senior account scheduled customer touch points.
- Manage the CRM to ensure all contact and communication is recorded to maximise client communication transparency with the rest of the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience – Account Manager
- Experience handling client queries and resolving independently
- Excellent Phone manner
- Strong user of all Microsoft programs
- Experience with a fast paced environment
