(Pay Range: $20/hr - $25/hr DOE)
Purpose of Position:
The BI & Analytics Administrator I provides a variety of assistance to the Business Intelligence & Analytics Team, which is essential to the Choice business. The BI Administrator assists in the delivery and maintenance of all BI team projects. The BI Administrator will maintain the processes responsible for accurate data collection, and report distribution for all team projects. This is a position that will collaborate/consult with Choice Leadership at all levels, Strategy & Programs staff, and IT to deliver on key business initiatives and on-demand report requests.
Essential Functions:
- Data gathering/database refreshes within multiple programs.
- Data extraction from various data sources.
- Distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
- Monitor the BI & Analytics email inbox, assisting our business partners by replying or escalating items as needed to department analysts and/or leadership.
- Assist with monitoring BI Pipeline and submission of new requests.
- Adhere to all PHI (Personal Health Information), department standards for quality/quantity and all HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines.
- Submit and monitor department Footprints tickets as needed for IT-Ops support.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries for all single source of truth SQL tables.
- Catalog and audit all SQL tables, network drives, SSRS reports to ensure organization and traceability.
- Handle all basic ad hoc requests from business stakeholders, and escalate as needed for complex inquiries.
- Follow-up on action items and activities in support of the department and/or function in accordance with project plans and timelines.
- Keep BI leadership, and senior reporting analysts informed about areas of opportunity with recommendations and potential solutions.
- On-site or remote regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job.
- Perform other business tasks or functions as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- One to three (1-3) years of experience in an office environment or administrative support work.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams). • Advanced Excel knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of SQL, SSRS, Power BI, and Alteryx programs.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- Some college preferred.
- Completion of business intelligence or data analysis courses is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and occasional standing and walking. Must have adequate hearing for phone work. Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Must be able to use a keyboard and other office equipment. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
