NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting a Hard Services Account Manager to join our contract providing Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric maintenance to our clients premises in London based from Baltimore Wharf.
The Account Manager is accountable for the P&L, business development and operational management and complaince of all services delivered across the contract and will report to the Account Director
This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationship and supplier management skills. Leading the NG Bailey teams across the London sites, the Account Manager will be expected to positively contribute to the performance of the overall service delivery .
Responsibilities
You will:
- To understand the customers engineering needs in order to exceed their expectations in the delivery of these services.
- To ensure that the service level agreements and associated KPI’s are met and exceeded whenever possible, focusing on an enhanced service delivery and customer experience at all times.
- To manage the contract, within the specific financial budget set by the Account Director to ensure that profitability is maintained whilst ensuring that customer service and satisfaction isn’t compromised.
- To provide sound engineering and practical solutions to remedial actions / replacement & enhancement projects as required. Provide detailed quotations / technical reports to ensure that the contracts engineering services are fully functional at all times. Prepared to challenge costs and demonstrate “best value” practices at all times.
- To liaise with the customers Engineering team to strive towards a “one team” approach to all facilities services that they are responsible for.
- To manage & coordinate all NGB project activity.
- Take full responsibility and ownership of all engineering activity associated with the contract.
- Communicate with the help desk and ensure that adequate engineering resources are available within the contract to ensure that all reactive SLA’s are met or exceeded.
- To manage and oversee our third party service providers. To ensure that they work safely and within the confines of the permit that they are working under.
- To ensure full compliance with the maintenance contract specification. Carrying out periodic audits and inspections to ensure appropriate standards have been met and that all PPM & reactive tasks have been completed within the time allocated.
- To ensure statutory and legislative compliance is met at all times.
- Ensure that there is a robust set of SOP and EOP’s in place to cover all activities on site
- Ensure that the critical environment process is fully embedded
- Ensure the critical environment process training is carried out (Scenario training, drills etc)
- Ensure all TNA assessments are completed and reviewed on a 6 monthly basis
- Maintain the sites training records and ensure data base maintained etc
You will have:
- Significant M&E Operations Management experience within a business critical client environment
- Completion of a recognised apprenticeship / training scheme and significant practical experience within relevant sector (Essential)
- Flexible and dynamic attitude with a strong customer awareness and demonstrable experience gained within a similar environment with a minimum of 3 – 5 years in a similar supervisory / management role.
- Mechanical & Electrical (multidiscipline building services) experience (essential) backed up by recognised industry qualifications or demonstrable experience gained within previous career roles.
- Financially astute with demonstrable previous experience of managing budgets and producing contract specific reports.
- Experience of producing technical reports and detailed quotations from conception through to completion.
- Supervision / Management of H&S with IOSH / NEBOSH qualification being desirable
- Excellent written / oral communication skills
