Sales & Account Manager - Permanent - Telford
L & C Consulting are now recruiting for a new Sales Executive / Account Manager to join a growing, successful sales team for a company in Central Telford. This brand-new Sales & Account Manager post will suit a tenacious, skilled salesperson offering ample rewards and promotion prospects. You’ll be looking to develop on-going, long-term relationships as you represent one of the UK’s leading specialists with the aim of driving the company forward and at the same time cementing the relationship you form with business clients of all sizes including major, multi-national businesses.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
· Build and develop relationships with existing clients
· Act as a main point of contact for customers, old and new
· Lead generation
· Follow up on incoming enquiries, including attending client meetings and events
· Promote services and products, including cross and upselling
· Work closely with other internal departments, including marketing & technical support
· Put together quotes
· Market research and analysis
· Update CRM
To be considered for this excellent opportunity you must have a successful sales / account manager background, have excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate at all levels. You will be highly motivated with an enthusiastic & outgoing personality and above all a professional approach & ethos. You will also have a stable work history.
You must have the ability to liaise professionally with a variety of customers and colleagues and possess a desire to develop sales in a target driven, but customer focused environment. The role requires flexibility and commitment but in return you will be rewarded with a generous commission structure and given ample resources and the latest technology to work with and supply.
The company is commutable from Telford, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Perton, Shifnal and Stafford, Market Drayton.
