Account Manager
G.H. SHELDON FAMILY BAKERS LIMITED is a fast-growing, locally owned business. We are looking for an Account Manager to help our company grow and thrive by providing top-notch customer service and support.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is comfortable in a team environment, has a strong desire to learn and grow, and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with existing customers by responding to inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
- Prepare daily reports for the company’s Directors.
- To effectively communicate any NPD briefs from customers back to the development team.
- To track all samples sent to customers and communicate feedback to the development team
- To fully manage customer expectations for product delivery and service.
- To conduct periodic price reviews across accounts to ensure margins on products are maintained.
- To develop and gain new customers based on the directed business strategy
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience Requirements:
- You must already be a successful proven Account Manager having worked for a manufacturer supplying into the foodservice sector. In addition to being experienced at managing existing clients, you will also have a good track record of developing and retaining new business and building genuine and effective relationships with customers, delivering outstanding results
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £38,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Account management: 3 years (required)
