Account Manager - Tailoring and outerwear

My client, like many we work with, have very much had growth year upon year is as they are working with some of the UK leading retailers and supermarkets, but they are thinking ahead. They want to build on the business and want to open other UK retail doors but also European and worldwide retailers. As a Womenswear clothing manufacturer / supplier that cover multi product form softs separates (woven and jersey) to tailoring and outerwear they are not limited which is allows to penetrate a business in multiple directions. They have some great designers in house and great design managers who can help you and the team manage buyers effectively most importantly they are financially sound and liquid,
. What the client are looking for an Account Manager who is connected and able to upsell with retailers both in the UK and overseas to help them develop the Tailoring and Outerwear (mainly Womenswear) side of the business. You will be part of a 40 strong team and as much as you are doing the sales the team help you get from meeting to payment
MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED
A recent proven track record in womenswear tailoring and outerwear supply, with either UK , European or world retailers.
Clear understanding of the womenswear supply world, the timescales and understanding of how quickly a deal should and could be turned around
A team player and leader .
First class communication skills, well organised, happy to travel (when we can)
