We are seeking a Field Service Technician (covering the Milton Keynes/Oxford Area) who puts the customer at the heart of all activity ensuring the customer receives exceptional customer service in a high paced environment. Represent the company with a professional and committed attitude in line with the delivery of world-class standards.
What will your day to day responsibilities be?
- Providing the very best service levels to our clients at all times
- Responding and arriving on clients site promptly and within set SLA response times
- Service and repair the Konica Minolta range of machines MFD's
- Working to achieve a high first time fix level for calls
- Provide basic networking and scanning support on all multi-functional devices
- Providing remote technical phone support to clients where possible, attempting to resolve any problems by phone
- Keep up to date with all the latest technical releases and training
- Manage vehicle stock
Who are we looking for?
We will consider applicants who have experienced photocopier / Technical equipment / Mechanical engineering backgrounds, Training will be provided
- Strong customer facing skills and experience
- Proven technical experience within the MFD environment (preferably previous Konica Minolta Training)
- Ability to communicate at all levels with the customer and organisation
- IT knowledge, including networking and scanning
