Job description
I'm looking for an Account Manager to join our growing digital agency. The ideal candidate will have a background or interest in marketing or client management and be available for 25+ hours per week during UK business hours (9-5pm). Our clients are in the health and social care sector and we're helping them attract new customers and overcome the challenges of recruiting in the care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a diverse group of clients to understand their needs and goals
- Adjust and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns as needed
- Schedule social media posts and create content strategies
- Provide recommendations based on clients' business objectives
- Present reports on campaign performance to clients
- Coordinate with our internal team of graphic designers
Qualifications:
Strong project management skills
Proactive communication with customers
Ability to find solutions to clients' needs
Team player with an understanding of marketing concepts
