Brusco Food Group is a trusted supplier of ingredients to the food industry, created through the integration of G Bruce & Co, Mayfair Foods & Porter Foods, combining over 30 years of heritage and expertise. The wider Group includes POPS, a supplier of cocktail based frozen desserts and Karimix, manufacturers of own brand and private label sauces, pastes, dressings and chutneys inspired by worldwide cuisines.

The Role
The Customer Account Manager will be a key part of our Sales team with responsibilities including:
- managing designated customer accounts, providing exceptional service levels
- working closely with your designated Customer Service Advisor to ensure that samples and contracts are provided quickly and accurately and that orders are fulfilled in line with customer needs
- growing your customer accounts through upselling and demonstrating your knowledge of our product range
- generating new business through prospecting, industry research and attendance at exhibitions
- Regular customer communication through site visits, inbound and outbound calls, emails and Teams meetings
- updating our CRM system
- setting and achieving sales budgets for you area
- meeting multiple deadlines
- contributing to Sales and wider business projects

Terms & Conditions
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, occasional evenings/weekends e.g. in connection with trade events.
- Permanent, subject to completion of 3 month probation.
- Based at Offenham Head Office, with regular UK travel and up to 1 day per week working from home.

Brusco welcomes applications from all individuals. Please note the requirement to live and work in the UK, and to regularly commute to our Head office in Offenham, near Evesham.
