Responsibility Overview
We’re looking for an Account Manager with a passion for real estate, content and social media, to help us deliver a key element of our business strategy.
You’ll will work closely with the Head of Digital, and Founder to identify key target ADVSRs (influencers) from within our existing database, and outside.
You will produce social media content using platforms like Canva, and distribute content to ADVSRs via a variety of channels, encouraging and coaching them to share content across their digital platforms.
Additionally, our Account Manager should be confident, articulate, have the ability to think on their feet, and understand the nuances of social media and digital platforms.
What is the working environment like?
As a start-up, things are often up in the air and change rapidly.
We started the business just before the first covid-lockdown hit so we spent a lot of time working from home, but now we have a more permanent office space, this role is primarily office based although we recognise that remote working will sometimes be required.
We are currently a team of 20 across two businesses, but we are hiring for a number of roles so this number is grow significantly over the course of 2023.
This is a fun and modern business but we all work extremely hard and muck in on everything and anything to ensure the work gets done.

Core Responsibilities:
Identification and management of our influencer outreach program.
Production and Distribution of content over digital channels to key influencer targets.
Monitoring of social media accounts for reporting, and opportunity identification purposes.
Daily and weekly reporting of progress, to hep us refine the process.
Social media content creation where necessary and relevant (video editing and image editing)
First point of contact between influencer and ADVSR.
Management and maintenance of influencer relationships and database
Supporting our Studio Team and Creative Director on shoots, and social media marketing campaigns
Supporting our head of digital to deliver social media marketing campaigns i.e. Instagram Live property tours
