Our Product Engineering team is growing and reshaping; Product, Infrastructure and Engineering are combining to build the next generation of our award-winning OneHub Platform. One that will enable the creation of not just a single product, but a diverse range of products filling each part of every experience loop; anywhere in the world.
What will you be doing?
Working alongside the dedicated product teams, supported by a User Researcher and reporting into the Lead UX Designer; this role will contribute directly to improving the experiences in new and existing OneHub products. Over time you will have the opportunity to move from team to team, and contribute to shaping the design function.
Your day to day activities will include:
- Define and optimise product user journeys.
- Translate business and user requirements into design opportunities using wireframing and prototyping.
- Take a user-driven development approach, diving into existing user interactions and evaluate feedback, test and iterate your designs with the support of a User Researcher.
- Developing concepts and into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes across a wide range of devices and interfaces to effectively communicate your ideas.
- Identify opportunities for lightweight usability testing and create testing plans that align with product development cycles.
- Assist in facilitating usability testing and report back to product and design teams on outcomes and recommendations.
- Liaising with peers and executive level stakeholders informing and presenting key milestone deliverables.
Experience and Tech Skills required:
- At least 4 years’ experience in a design or UX role.
- Strong working knowledge of wireframing and prototyping software (Figma is our preferred tool)
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Proven experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user journey maps and process flows.
- Demonstrable understanding of user research methodologies including one-to-one and remote usability testing, surveys and questionnaires.
- Ability to proactively keep up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and modern web technologies.
- Familiar with accessibility legislation and requirements.
- Dynamic and agile thinker and problem solver with a creative, innovative approach.
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, combined with the ability to work across diverse cultures.

- Experience working on SaaS products used by iterative Engineering teams
- Illustration skills
- Basic web development knowledge
