The Role
You will be communicating with business owners daily by answering inbound calls and answering any questions they may have. You will also be monitoring our support and customer service inbox to ensure we reach top service levels. Working with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and YouLend proprietary solutions to process applications and answer customer queries. Handling complaints and customer satisfaction through problem solving any issues our existing customers have.
Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact via phone and email

- Comfortable with Microsoft excel
