An opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Receptionist to join our fantastic Front Office team. We are a busy 4* airport hotel where no two days are ever the same. The role includes being the first point of contact for visitors to the hotel. Managing bookings, taking reservations, answering queries via email and telephone.
We are looking for:
You will enjoy working with the public and have a real passion for delivering a fantastic service experience for our guests.
Great communication skills are really important as you will be dealing with customers both in person and via telephone and email.
You will be great at working as part of a team, helping to support your colleagues and sometimes other areas of the hotel.
IT skills are important in this role as you will be using MS Office and OPERA. Previous experience with OPERA would be great but we will provide full training.
You will role model our brand.
