Account Manager – Sandbach – Manufacturing & Engineering

An exciting opportunity is available to join an industry leading manufacturing business site as an Account Manager.

Due to continued growth, a position is available for an experienced Account Manager at their site in Sandbach.

Account Manager – Rewards

• £30,000 - £37,000 depending on experience
• Monday – Friday, 7.30 am to 4.30 pm (1.00 pm Friday finish)
• 33 days holiday per year (Inc. of Bank Holidays)
• “Golden Hello” payment incentive totalling £1,000 over first year of employment

Account Manager – Duties

• Act as a primary point of contact for designated customers
• To deliver outstanding customer service
• Point of contact for customer from order receiving through to delivery, ensuring the customer receives the required updates at stages of the process
• Proactively progress order through the business to ensure the customer receives the order within expected timeframes
• Proactively manage customer expectations, act where required to resolve issues

Account Manager – Requirements

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service
• Previous experience of account management or key customer representative
• Be data driven and highly analytical
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sandbach, Cheshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Account management: 1 year (preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (preferred)
