Account Manager – Sandbach – Manufacturing & Engineering
An exciting opportunity is available to join an industry leading manufacturing business site as an Account Manager.
Due to continued growth, a position is available for an experienced Account Manager at their site in Sandbach.
Account Manager – Rewards
- £30,000 - £37,000 depending on experience
- Monday – Friday, 7.30 am to 4.30 pm (1.00 pm Friday finish)
- 33 days holiday per year (Inc. of Bank Holidays)
- “Golden Hello” payment incentive totalling £1,000 over first year of employment
Account Manager – Duties
- Act as a primary point of contact for designated customers
- To deliver outstanding customer service
- Point of contact for customer from order receiving through to delivery, ensuring the customer receives the required updates at stages of the process
- Proactively progress order through the business to ensure the customer receives the order within expected timeframes
- Proactively manage customer expectations, act where required to resolve issues
Account Manager – Requirements
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Previous experience of account management or key customer representative
- Be data driven and highly analytical
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sandbach, Cheshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Account management: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
