We need to add a member of staff to the team based on an initial 3 month fixed contract. This maybe extended based on the personal performance of both the individual and company.

Our line of business is Estate Agency / Property Letting / Property Management. This is a very demanding job and requires a specific type of character and skill set such as:

You do not need any previous property experience to apply for this role but you will need to showcase how and why you are suitable for this role.
As a property company, a large part of the role is spent on the phone be it with existing clients, prospective clients, booking viewings or dealing with maintenance reports.
As a small organisation we are flexible with the service we offer our clients.
The applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

- Ability to use various software packages (training provided)

The role will entail the following:
- Dealing with maintenance reports
- Progressing maintenance reports
- Receiving a wide range of incoming calls
- Dealing with incoming calls
- Utility registration
- File review / compliance checks
- Reviewing procedures and updating
If you do not like a fast pace environment or multi tasking then this role is not for you.
