Digital Marketing Account Manager
About the role
21 Degrees deliver a range of services and our account managers are the glue that binds all of our operations together. You would be working across all of our departments, with a particular focus on our valued clients multi-service clients. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, preferably with experience in client management and who is incredibly organised, to help facilitate our team of creatives to do what they do best.
The successful candidate will enjoy organisation and structure, and will report directly to our Senor Account Manager, you will be creating timelines and setting deadlines for all parties involved in a project, ensuring accountability and keeping our clients satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Managing the client relationship through effective communication both in person and online.
- Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
- Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.
- Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
- Working with Finance to bill clients accurately and ensure projects stay on budget.
- Liaising with our team of freelancers to deliver briefs, ensure work is completed and report back to clients
- Supporting our videography team on shoots, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Assist with internal marketing efforts, including website updates, social media posting and reporting on overall marketing performance (training will be offered)
