A business with a focus on sustainability is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their team in Hull. This role offers a salary of up to £55,000, 33 days annual leave, private medical options, life assurance and more.

The successful Management Accountant will play a key role in providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Prepare management reporting, including but not limited to weekly and monthly key performance reports and executive commentary.
• Prepare group reporting, monthly management accounts, and executive commentary.
• Create and compile the monthly board pack
• Develop annual budgets, quarterly and monthly forecasts, and associated management information.
• Develop and maintain financial scenario models, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all input variables and clarity of outputs presented to business leaders.

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
• Have advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to present complex analysis to none-financial stakeholders
• Able to run month-end independently
• Be a confident decision-maker

This role is commutable from Hull, Hedon, Salt End, Preston and surrounding areas.
