Overview of role:
Working within the Commercial arm of the company the Account Executive is to take ownership, develop and manage Umbrella Training’s programme offer and business relations/account management. The role must ensure the effective planning, development, promotion and delivery of high-quality apprenticeships and commercial training provision, that meets industry and employer needs and requirements.
All programmes should motivate and engage apprentices to achieve and progress beyond their expectations and support the achievement of Umbrella Training’s vision, core purpose, objectives, and strategy. The role will develop and maintain business relations with the current business partners and proactive business development, reporting findings to the senior team and Operations Manager, demonstrating excellent stakeholder and relationship management to foster repeat business.
Account Management is key.
Using effective consultancy skills, the role will devise structured and tailored L&D strategies for new clients, in line with the clients’ needs and company goals. Working collaboratively with the Curriculum Manager, they will design innovative and exciting programmes at a high standard, maintaining quality in accordance with company and Ofsted requirements. The role will engage and lead where needed, in any relevant ongoing projects.
The role will support the Commercial team in delivering the overall company strategy and work closely with the marketing function to promote Umbrella Training to new sectors and grow pipeline within existing businesses. Budget achievement and profiles are key to the success of the role, these will be set by Commercial Director and you will have to manage your own set of business accounts from our existing client base along with new prospects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
