We are seeking a talented and motivated Advertising Sales Executive/Manager with min. 2-3 years of experience on agency, AdTech or publisher side. You will work closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with advertising agencies and clients. This position will play a crucial role in shaping our advertising strategies and ensuring the success of our publications.

- build and maintain strong relationships with the top 6 advertising agencies, large global brands with international media activity and their key decision-makers
- collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling advertising proposals
- prepare, coordinate and execute customer presentations and sales meetings
- negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the publisher
- provide regular sales reports and performance updates
- proactively identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and analysing industry trends
- international travel activities to Germany and other markets where relevant
dynamic, outgoing, and creative individual with a passion for advertising and an eye for sales and marketing
- are self-motivated, confident, proactive and result-driven
- have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
- have a background in advertising, marketing and/or advertising with experience at a media agency, adtech or publisher side
- have knowledge of or an active interest in especially programmatic advertising
- have a familiarity with basic advertising strategies, media planning, and market research
- have excellent communication skills and can articulate the benefits and value of advertising products and services to potential clients
- ideally have existing customer and agency contacts in London’s international media industry
- speak fluent English (German is a big plus)
- are proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools, as well as a knowledge of or interest in digital advertising platforms
